Smoothies



Strawberry Smoothie:
-1 cup strawberries
-1/4 cup water
-1 ice cubes
-1 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.









Raspberry lemonade smoothie
-2 cup lemonade
-2 wps ice
-1/2 pint raspberries

Banana smoothie
-2 bananas
-10 basil leaves
1 tablespoon honey
-1/4 cup water


Banana-berry smoothie
-1/2 cup apple juice
-3/4 cup strawberry nectar
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-1 banana
-1 scoop of vanilla yogurt
-1 cup of ice
